I haven't made icons in a LONG time, and I had a hard time getting back into the groove. I'm dying to make a bunch of Trek icons, but I can't get motivated to look through the huge folder with 6000+ screencaps in it. Plus, there's the never-ending temptation to put lens flares in all of them, and that's a habit I don't want to fall into. ;P ( Read more... )

Joe's roommate Julian brought CS2 for me, so I FINALLY have photoshop on my Mac! I need to restore the brushes I had on my toshiba--I might have to pull them off the toshiba this weekend--and I'll be all set to make more icons. :D Until then, I was playing with layers and filters to get back into the groove.
